Job description:
RM strategy development and implement
- Assist to senior manager to work out the China local retail marketing strategy based on the global retail marketing standard
- Support and coordinate with other function teams in marketing department according to MBCL overall marketing strategy
- Work out the RM implementation plan by considering the Sales and Marketing Strategy and Status
Daily management on RME system (Event and Advertising Toolbox)
- Approve dealer event and advertising toolbox through RME system and supervise the regional and dealer marketing activities
Organize and manage the RM acidities
- Based on MBCL Marketing strategy, assist in planning of RM activities for dealer and customers
- Act as Project Leader
- Coordination with other teams during event
- Report on implementation result and optimization.
RM Vendor management
Manage the RM vendor to provide outstanding services to both regional office and dealers and makes sure that all the service and product quality are in line with MB standard.
Management of MB brand elements.
Cooperation and coordination with Sales and Network Development team when necessary
Assist in the daily management of RM team �� supervise RM Compliance, purchase and finance process
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Steady and friendly personality
- Outstanding project execution capability
- Outstanding Chinese writing and expression capability
- University graduate or above
- Familiar with China auto market,minimum 7 years working experience in auto industry
- Comprehensive expertise in brand development, event management in auto industry
- Team work spirit and strong communication skills
- Professionalism and highly conscientious towards job assignments
- Detail focused and well managed
